National Parks

East Africa is one of the world’s most spectacular regions for wildlife, combining vast savannahs, tropical forests, mountains, lakes, and diverse cultures. Some of the region’s best-known parks include Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, Tsavo National Park and Amboseli National Park in Kenya, and Bwindi Impenetrable, Queen Elizabeth, Murchison Falls, and Kidepo Valley National Parks in Uganda. Uganda currently has 10 national parks, according to the Uganda Ministry of Tourism.
