Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Kibale National Park
Your safari guide will pick you up from Kampala or Entebbe after breakfast and begin the journey to Kibale National Park in western Uganda. Enjoy scenic countryside views, tea plantations, and local villages along the way.
You will stop in Fort Portal for lunch before continuing to the park. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax for the evening.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest. The Park is home to over 1,500 chimpanzees and several other primate species.
During the trek, you may also spot monkeys, forest birds, and other wildlife. Once the chimpanzees are found, you will spend one hour observing them in their natural habitat.
After the trekking experience, return for lunch and later drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy scenic views of crater lakes, the Rwenzori Mountains, and local communities during the journey.
Arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge, and relax.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Wake up early for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Look out for elephants, buffaloes, lions, Uganda kobs, hyenas, warthogs, and various bird species.
Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its high concentration of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and water birds along the shores.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You may pass through the Ishasha sector, well known for tree-climbing lions.
Enjoy scenic views of terraced hills and rural villages before arriving in Bwindi in the evening.
Check in at your lodge and prepare for gorilla trekking the next day.

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning the gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Forest.
The trek may take between 2–6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas. Once the gorilla family is located, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat.
After trekking, return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

Day 6: Return to Kampala/Entebbe or optional flying from kihihi Airstrip
After breakfast, begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. Enjoy scenic countryside views with a stopover for lunch along the way.
You may also stop at the Equator for photography and souvenir shopping before continuing to your drop-off point.
End of Safari.
